1). Q: Is it support 2G and 4G SIM card with internet?
A: Yes our JM-VL01 can input 2G/4G SIM card with internet like your cellphone card or M2M card.

2). Q: How to set WIFI as WIFI hotspot?
A: HOTSPOT,2, Last 4 digits of the IMEI, 11111111#

3). Why JM-VL01 some times the WIFI dissappear and need to set it by send SMS command again? Can fix it?

A: The working principle of all mobile hotspots is that when the device is not connected for a period of time, it will automatically turn off. Our device with the same principle of cellphone. The hotspot if always on, it will consume a lot of power.

4): Q: How to do if SIM card have Pin code?
A:Insert the SIM card into your cellphone, then change the pin code to 0000 and the gps tracker starts.

5): Q: What should I do if can not activate it on the APP?
A: Use your cellphone to edit SMS command of: STATUS# and GPRSSET# to the SIM card number which input into our tracker, forward that two SMS command to us for analycis.

6). The GV40 is installed on the car, the car is running, but the red STATIC is displayed on the APP, and the map shows No data found, what's wrong?

A: The positioning package will not be uploaded if the device is not connected to ACC line when the car ACC OFF, so must connect the orange ACC cable to the Car cigarette lighter position.
